Apostle Detrick L. Gaskins, founder and apostolic spearhead of Kairos International Training Center and Kairos Assembly, is a native of Paterson NJ. He flows within a strong apostolic, prophetic and teaching grace that has impacted many nationally and internationally. The primary beat of his heart is to; Restore the Lost, Equip the Saint and Destroy the Works of the Devil. Apostle Gaskins has a powerful, yet practical teaching style that challenges and charges his audience and readers to advancement past the realms of religious mediocrity and conformity.
Through utilizing his gifts and talents of the prophetic, teaching, singing, writing, healing, words of wisdom and knowledge, the anointing on his life has truly made room for him. Apostle Gaskins is sought out for his expertise within the areas of 5-Fold Ministry, Intercessory Prayer, Spiritual Warfare, Deliverance, Church Government and Structure. Apostle Gaskins spends most of his time as an avid writer, counselor, leadership mentor and trainer. Within his 23 years in ministry, he has been afforded to advance the kingdom across the U.S. and abroad as a published author, founder and host of Kairos Campaigns and sharing his life changing testimony of adoption and deliverance from bisexuality as an Empowerment Speaker for foster and sexually displaced children.
Those who have come in contact with this young man have experienced lasting results through his ministry. Apostle Gaskins currently resides and serves the Jacksonville, Fl. region and has one beautiful daughter, Miss DeMeta D. Gaskins
was born in Brooklyn, New York and received his education in the Phila. Public School System. He received Christ as his Saviour at the early age of 11yr and, started attending the Jameson Bible School. While attending the Deliverance Evangelistic Church where the late Pastor Benjamin Smith was presiding, he answered the call of God on his life to enter the ministry. He received his ministerial license at the age of 16yrs. Bishop Williams continued in ministry at Deliverance Evangelistic Church where he served as the first youth minister and youth choir director and later met his lovely wife Dr. Carolyn. To this union were added seven beautiful girls, and four handsome boys. Bishop Williams also attended Manna Bible College of Phila. and, Westminster Theological Seminary in Phila. He has served as associate minister and assistant pastor at several local churches in the Phila. area. Bishop Williams has also served as Dean of the Pentecostal Deliverance Tabernacle Bible School and a former teacher at the Mt. Airy C.O.G.I.C Bible School also a professor at the Jameson School of Ministry for nine yrs. Bishop Williams received his Doctor of Divinity and Doctor of Sacred Theology from Jameson Bible College, in Pennsylvania. He pastured the Institutional Church of Christ in Philadelphia for several years and later founded and pastored the Shabach Tabernacle of Worship Church for eighteen years in Philadelphia. He is presently in fellowship at the “Fellowship Revival Church of Love” in Philadelphia where Apostle Leonard C. Willis is Pastor. Bishop Williams is also an anointed teacher, singer, and marriage counselor.
Bishop Williams favorite and most sincere words are, “I just want to encourage the saints of God ,to hold on to the mighty hand of The Father and not let go of your faith”

Evangelist Roberts Attended Valdosta Technical College, where she received her diploma in Early Childhood Education, Childcare Specialist, Small Business Management, and Certified Nurse Assistance. She now attends Liberty University to earn her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and Bachelor in Theology. She is a member of the (AACC) American
Association for Christians Counselors.
Evangelist Roberts accepted the Lord as her savior in 1983 at All Nations Deliverance and received the Holy Ghost. Since she has been faithfully serving the Lord using every gift the Lord has blessed her with serving : Women’s Ministry, Jail Ministry, Rhema word Ministry Advisor, and Episcopal of Evangelism under the leadership of Dr. Angela S. Manning Prescott of New Life Ministries. Her passion is toward the Lord, her heart is in Evangelism, and she has a love for people. Evangelist Roberts preaches and teaches God‘s word in a manner that even a child can understand. Evangelist Roberts has conferences for leaders and men/women in various cities Evangelist Roberts has a style of her own. In a short time, her fresh and thought provoking messages established her as one of God’s chosen one. These messages of healing, restoration, deliverance, and empowerment have transcended the color, gender and ethic barriers encouraging men and women everywhere how precious they are in God’s eye.

is a native of Valdosta, GA and the husband of one wife for 11 years, Mrs. April Fulton. Together they take joy in raising three children, Jordan, Kayla and Robert. Jr. Pastor Fulton has been saved for 20 years and received the gift of the Holy Spirit at the age of 21 years of age. Pastor Fulton has a passion for singing and through that he started Purposed Chorale in 1998. Purposed Chorale ministered throughout the country until 2001. It was in 2002 that Pastor Fulton began his walk towards his call to preach delivering his initial sermon at Rhema Word Apostolic Church. i
Pastor Fulton served under Pastor John Lewis Sr., of Rhema Word Apostolic Church and in 2003 He was ordained an elder. Pastor Fulton served as an assistant Pastor for 8 years before launching his own ministry The Father's House of Valdosta, in September of 2011. The heart beat of the ministry and of Pastor Fulton is to see the saints equipped and perfected for ministry.
Pastor Fulton is sought out to do revivals and to train leaders. His practical style of teaching causes advancement to God house and His people. Currently he is embarking on expanding his gifts and talents in the area of teaching, singing, writing and martial counseling.
Prophet Cedric Williams reared in Valdosta Ga. graduated from Lowndes County School System. Extraordinary, Eccentric, Explosive are some of the words that describes Prophet Cedric Williams & the ministry he has been given by the Lord. The Prophetic Mantle upon his life is ineffable. Well respected among his peers, because of his stand for Holiness, and his integrity. Declared as a prophet to the nations as a small child, Prophet Williams prophetic call has been tried through the fiery trials of life. Through prayer, the Word of God, and submission to leadership he has prevailed over the enemy. He is the founder of Assurance Ministries a training ground for warriors. He has been mandated to train & equip other 5-Fold Ministry Gifts how to overcome and defeat the diabolical forces of darkness, while advancing the Kingdom of God. Julius Rhinehart was born on December 25, 1980 in Indianapolis, IN. He grew up attending Bethel Tabernacle Apostolic Church and was raised by (the son) the late Bishop Owen and First Lady Young. At the age of Seventeen he heard the call from The Lord to discipleship and was saved. From that time God birthed within him the desire to study the Scriptures and specifically The Prophetic Scriptures dealing with The End Times. In 2001 while looking into End Time events he heard a message called The Antichrist Conspiracy: The Men Who Rule The World by Pastor Irvin Baxter, and from that message was made aware of the hidden connections in world affairs. Wanting to know and understand what the glue was that caused the men of power to work together behind the scenes (whether Democratic or Republican), he went on a quest , where The Lord allowed him to see that at the heart of these thing was a plan and that plan was being carried out by Secret Societies. The Lord showed him that these workings are The Mystery of Iniquity. In 2010 he answered the called to ministry. And God has birthed in him a desire for God's people to understand the times and to walk in discernment in these crucial times. Currently Elder Rhinehart serves his local ministry New Vision Lighthouse under the leadership of Pastor Aaron Boyd, Indianapolis In. He is also a licensed elder within Kairos International Training Center, Orlando Fl.
